Fares and payment

Airlines set fares, taxes, and availability, and these can change until your booking is ticketed. We tell you the total price, including any service fee we charge, before you give your approval. You authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for the amount you approve.

Airline rules

Every ticket follows its airline’s conditions of carriage and fare rules, including baggage, seating, changes, cancellations, and refunds. The airline, not BestFlightsBooking, operates your flight and is responsible for it.

Changes, cancellations and refunds

Change and cancellation requests follow the airline’s fare rules and may include airline penalties as well as our service fee, which we disclose in advance. Refunds, where available, go through the airline and may take time to process.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for giving accurate passenger names and details, and for having valid passports, visas, and other travel documents. Check your confirmation carefully and tell us about any errors right away.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, BestFlightsBooking is not liable for delays, cancellations, schedule changes, or other acts of airlines or third parties, or for indirect or consequential losses.
